Meet The Doctor
Paul G. Singh, MD
Paul G. Singh is a board certified, fellowship trained, Interventional Spine Physician. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. As a physiatrist, he is trained in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. With additional training in Interventional Spine Medicine, he has further expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of painful spinal disorders that includes the use of x-ray guided, minimally invasive procedures. He is well known for his warm personality and his ability to make patients feel at ease. Dr. Singh's goal is to provide excellent care to his patients in all regards - accommodating their need for access, and to him, but most of all connecting to them as people.
Born in Chicago, Paul's heritage is from India, and he grew up in Indiana. His parents are physicians and he credits them as his role models for providing compassionate care to patients and viewing medicine as selfless service towards others. Paul is married with three children. When not seeing patients, Paul is either with his family or on the tennis courts.
Dr. Singh worked in the Cary/Raleigh area for 2 years and then established his own practice in Richmond County, NC in 2009. He returned to practice in Cary in September 2011 and has affiliated with Cary Ortho to improve his ability to deliver high level spine care for his patients.
