Steven Siano is originally from Syracuse, New York. Joining the CSC family in August 2024, he has been warmly welcomed and furthered the positive vibe. His easy-going demeanor and enthusiasm for life shine through his patient care, rapport with the team, and appreciation for the vibrant Triangle area. He continues the essence of Carolina Spine in providing meaningful, positive, and technically excellent care.
