Kim Puckett, NP

Kim Puckett is originally from Hamlet, NC and is proud to serve and give back to the community in which she was raised.  She was a nurse for over 10 years with Sandhills Regional, and then went on to complete her graduate education in 2017. After initially practicing primary care, Carolina Spine was fortunate to add Kim to the staff in September 2019. Her upbeat attitude and compassionate care is a welcomed addition!
