Paul G. Singh is originally from Indiana. He and his family moved to Cary, NC in 2007, and he practiced in Cary and Raleigh for 2 years before starting Carolina Spine Center in Richmond County at the end of 2009. He then returned to Cary at the end of 2011 and is thankful for the journey that allows him to continue to practice in both Richmond County and Wake County. His goal is to connect to people, make them feel at ease, and deliver high level technical spine care.
