Megan Underwood Knight, originally from Rockingham, NC, joined Carolina Spine Center in September 2012. In her multifaceted role, she serves as the practice lead, overseeing billing, credentialing, health insurance, and guiding decisions for the group. Megan’s steady, warm demeanor, coupled with her meticulous research, has established her as an invaluable leader at Carolina Spine. Outside of work, she is a dedicated Tar Heels fan who enjoys spending time with her family, including her daughter, who is passionate about equestrianism.
