Stephen Okine is originally from Ghana. He joined the team of Carolina Spine Center in October 2015. He serves as the Director of the prescription medicine monitoring and toxicology urine testing laboratory. His friendly demeanor, work ethic, and rapport with Dr. Singh and the team have made him and his department a valued aspect of Carolina Spine.
